Belt Grinder Wheels

The 2" x 2" Idler wheels were designed by Wilmont Grinders for durability and good looks. They have been anodized red so they will last longer and stand up to more abuse. They house larger bearings than most use and are therefore rated at higher RPM's and should last a very long time before needing the bearings replaced. The below wheel uses 35mm bearings with a 1/2 hole for mounting. We use a 1/2 hex head bolt for mounting to Flat Platens here at Wilmont. You can use conventional 1/2 washers to shim this out from a flat platen. This wheel has a spacer between the bearings, therefore overtightening of the through bolt is not possible.
