Aqua Contour Cutting

ACC's use of CNC machinery allows for multidirectional cutting of intricate parts in a variety of materials including, but not limited to: mild steel, rubber, marble, ceramic tile, Teflon, brass, aluminum, stainless steel, titanium. The quality of parts produced, by both the laser and waterjet, are production ready parts requiring minimal to no secondary cleanup operation. Both operations utilize non-contact cutting heads which eliminate cutting tool pressure and the need for costly holding fixtures. ACC has full fabrication capabilities including shearing, press brake, welding, and machining.
We have the ability to produce parts from blueprints, the scanning of artwork, or import of various CAD files [DXF, DWG, IGES, SLDPRT, SLDDRW, SLDASM, etc.].
